Members of PSVCOA took a road trip to Portland on May 15, 2004. Our objective was to visit the annual the IPD Garage Sale. Accompanying the sale, was a car show featuring new and old Volvos. This show featured a high percentage of customized cars, which no doubt reflected the venue - IPD's parking lot.
